Brer Rabbit also known as 'Brother Rabbit' was inspired by a 17th-century Italian silk and first registered for fabric production in 1882. The pattern's characteristically cheeky bunnies are based on the Uncle Remus children's books popular in the 19th century. The wallpaper has been reproduced from the original fabric in two bluish colorways.
